From July 7 to August 2, 2005, Fr. Wayne Jenkins, scj (archivist for the U.S.A. Province), presented a course in Records Management and Archives Administration to members of the SCJ India District.
The course included:
a) Introduction,
b) Biblical Background,
c) Historical Background,
d) Principles from Pontifical Documents and Canon Law,
e) Policies for Records Management and Archival Administration at the SCJ General Curia in Rome, Italy,
f) Policies for Records Management and Archival Administration at the US Province Archives in Hales Corners, WI, U.S.A.,
g) Development of the District of India Plan,
h) Evaluation
Taking part in the course were Fr. Teja (District Councilor), Fr. Jose (District Treasurer), Br. Leonard (District Secretary), and Mr. Sobin (Accountant). Bros. Showe Reddy, Sajeevan, and Abraham (newly professed regents), and philosophy students: Immanuel, Ravindra, Balraj, and Thomas.

At the end of the course the participants, with the help of Fr. Wayne, developed a plan for the India District Files, and the District Archives.
